摘要
阐述图书馆数字化业务的概念与特点,介绍在企业经营管理中开始广泛采用的业务外包方法及其在图书馆业务中的应用,着重论述图书馆数字化业务中引进业务外包的种类,并从确定外包业务的范围、选择外包服务提供者、规划中的业务流程再造与执行中的项目群管理等角度,全面讨论图书馆数字化业务的业务外包策略。
The article clarified the concept and the characteristics of digitized business of the library, introduced the outsourcing method which starts in the enterprise management and operation widely to use, and its application in the library business. The author elaborated the scope to introduce the outsourcing of digitized business of library emphatically. The article comprehensively discussed the tactics for outsourcing of digitized business of library, from these angles that determine the scope of outsourcing business, choice for the provider of outsourcing service, business process reengineering in the plan and management for project group in the execution and so on.
