介绍了面向大众的图书馆关怀提出的背景和意义,阐释了其基本的内涵,在此基础上提出以倡导服务理念、构建服务体系、建立健全法制、提升服务品质等为核心内容的图书馆关怀实现的战略重点。
This paper gives a presentation of the background and significance of realizing the human care of library to the public, and expounds the main meanings of the theme. Then it propounds the major strategy of realizing the human care of library to the public, including advocating the ideas of library service, establishing the system of library service, constituting the library legal, promoting the quality of library service and so on.
