摘要
以往教学激励方面的研究主要关注的是在传统教学中教师与学生在面对面的教学过程中的教学激励问题,随着网络教学的出现与发展,教学激励的方式也在发生着变化,而在这种变化中,人们往往割裂网络激励方式与传统激励方式的关系。在此,本文从肯定传统教学激励方式作用的基础上,针对网络教学的特点,从网络教学的理念和网络教学中所应用的技术出发,借助于网络社会行为理论对网络教学环境中教学激励方式的多个方面进行探讨,以期准确认识教学激励在新的网络教学环境中的作用。
In the past, research on the inspiriting method in teaching mainly focuses on the problem of inspiriting method in the face-to-face process of teaching in traditional teaching. With the appearing and developing of web-based teaching, the inspiriting method in teaching is changing; but in the process of changing, people always dissever the relationship between inspiriting in web-based teaching and traditional teaching. This article based on the approval of inspiriting method in traditional teaching, aimed at the characteristics of web-based teaching, set out from the ideal and technique in web-based teaching and explored different aspects of inspiriting method in web-based teaching on the basic of network social behavior theory in order to understand precisely the function of teaching inspiriting in the new teaching environment of web.
