摘要
对动力荷载作用下振幅要求小于2μm的大型复杂试验平台结构进行有限元时程分析和稳态分析.结果表明,试验机组启动过程中,在低频阶段结构会产生轻微的共振现象,但由于此时挠动力比较小,发生的时间短,不会引起结构的破坏,在试验机组达到正常转速后,该试验平台能满足使用要求.
The time history analysis and steady state analysis of the large-sized complicated frame for experimentation whose amplitude needs less than 2 × 10^-6 meters under the action of dynamic load were performed by finite element method. The following conclusion can be obtained. During the startup of the test unit,the slight resonance of frame is caused. But at the moment the load is very small and the time of resonance is little, the frame will not be damaged. When the rotate speed of the test unit is normal, the amplitude of the frame is satisfied.
