摘要
用CIRAS-1型便携式光合系统对盆栽寒富苹果的光合特性进行了研究。结果表明,在冷凉地区,寒富苹果光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,中午前后光合速率下降,出现“午休”现象,光照强度、气温等因子对光合作用产生影响。寒富苹果的饱和光强为(1 291±58)μmol/(m2.s),光补偿点为(32±8)μmol/(m2.s);CO2饱和点和补偿点分别为(1 439±21)μmol/mol和(92±6)μmol/mol。
The photosynthetic characteristics of Hanfu apple in pot were studied using CIRAS-1 portable photosynthetic system. The results showed that the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate presented double-peak curve in cool regions,with the first peak occurred at 10:00 a. m. and the second peak after 15:00 p. m,while decreased at noon. The net photosynthetic rate was greatly affected by light intensity and air temperature. The light compensate and saturated points of Hanfu apple were (32±8)μmol/(m^2·s)and (1 291±58)μmol/(m^2·s),respectively. The CO2 compensate and saturated points were (92±6) μmol/mol and (1 439±21) μmol/mol, respectively.
