摘要
用透射电镜进一步观察了湖北钉螺脑神经节的纤维鞘、神经节胞体区和神经纤维网的超微结构,并且在神经纤维网部位首次发现了两个典型突触。经氯硝柳胺浸泡后,钉螺脑神经节的超微结构发生改变,神经纤维、神经胶质细胞和神经细胞内的线粒体由变性至坏死,神经细胞体内的糖原含量显著减少,神经纤维网也发生变性坏死,这为阐明氯硝柳胺的灭螺机制提供了有用的资料。
The ultrastructures of the fibrous sheath, the layer of ganglionic cell bodies and the neuropil of cerebral ganglion of Oncomelania hupensis were observed under transmission electron microscope. Two typical synapses were found in the neuropil for the first time. Ultrastructural changes were found in the cerebral ganglion after the snails were immersed in niclosamide. The mitochondrion of neural fibers, neuroglial cells and neurons showed denatruation and necrosis, and glycogen in neurons was markedly reduced. The neuropil also exhibited denatruation and necrosis. These ultrastructural findings may provide useful information for clarifying the molluscacidal mechanism of Niclosamide.
