摘要
根据结构时变效应,通过建立空间有限元模型和模拟实际施工阶段分析了钢管混凝土桁架拱桥不同灌注顺序、灌注时间间隔对结构力学状态的影响。结果表明,灌注混凝土时3根拱肋之间的相互影响较小,单根拱肋不同腔室之间的相互影响较大,延长灌注时间间隔对降低早期混凝土所受应力的效果不大。研究认为钢管混凝土桁架拱桥在灌注混凝土时可充分利用上述特点确定合理的灌注顺序、时间间隔,从而缩短施工时间、提高经济效益。
Based on material time - varying and FE model, mid - influences of each steel tabular under concrete pouring are analyzed through establishing spatial FEM and simulating actual construction stages. Calculation indicates that during concrete pouring that mid - influences of three steel tabular arches are very little and mid - influences of different wells of each steel tabular arch are large. Meanwhile early concrete stress can not be reduced through extending concrete pouring time interval. Appropriate concrete pouring sequence and time interval are determined according to the features for the steel tabular concrete arch bridges, so construction time can be reduced and construction costs can be spared . The conclusions will have implications for construction.
