介绍了一种以苯酐和新戊二醇为原料制备热塑性聚氨酯用聚酯多元醇的方法,重点讨论了在实验室制备过程中,醇酸比、酯化反应温度、真空度和酯化时间对聚酯树脂合成的影晌;对该聚酯树脂分别用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱进行结构表征,并从理论上讨论了其耐水解稳定性。
This paper introduced a method that polyurethane with the material of benzoic anhydride and prepared polyester polyols used in the thermoplastic neopentyl glycol. Focused to discuss on the influence in the ratio of alcohol to acid,esterified reactive temperature,degree of vacuum and esterified time for which polyester resin was synthesized in the laboratory. The molecular structure of the polyester resin was characterized by IR and ^1H-NMR spectrometer separately, and its stability was discussed in water theoretically.
