摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定木瓜素中木糖醇的方法,采用Waters碳水化合物柱(4.6 mm×250 mm),用乙腈∶水(85∶15)作为流动相,示差检测器检测.该方法平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为2.2%,操作简便,结果满意.
Xylitor in papaya element tabulett was determined by HPLC, using waters carbohydrate cartridge 4. 6 ×250 mm column, acetonitrile： water （85 ： 15） as mobile phase, with differential refractometer R401. The average recovery rate of method is 99.0%, and RSD is 2.2%. The method is simple, and the result is accurate.
