摘要
[目的]了解怀化市学生月经初潮和首次遗精年龄,为中小学生何时进行生殖健康知识的教育提供参考。[方法]2004年在怀化市鹤城区、中方县、芷江县、新晃县、洪江区、靖州县抽取城市、农村各3所中学、3所小学,整群随机抽取9-18岁女生1 415名、男生1 405名进行问卷调查。[结果]女生月经初潮年龄城市为(12.01±1.08)岁,农村为(12.41±1.09)岁;男生首次遗精年龄城市为(13.02±1.03)岁,农村为(13..43±1.01)岁;城市学生均早于农村学生(P<0.01)。[结论]学生月经初潮、首次遗精时间较早。
[Objective]To understand of the age of the menarche and the first emission of the students in Huaihua in order to give references for time choosing of reproductive health education for the students in middle and primary schools. [Methods]In 2004,1 415 girls and 1 405 boys at the ages of 9-18 from 3 middle schools and 3 primary schools of the cities and the rural areas in Huaihua were drawn at stratified and cluster random to be given questionnaire surveys. [Results]The ages of the urban girls＇ menarche were （12.01±1. 08） years old, and those of the rural girls＇ were （12.41±1.09）. The ages of the urban boys＇ first emission were （ 13.02 ± 1.03）, and those of the rural boys＇ were （ 13.43 ± 1.01 ）. The girls＇ menarche and the boys＇ first emission in the cities came earlier than those in the countryside. [Conclusion]The menarche and first emission of the pupils in Huaihua city come earlier.
