摘要
针对造纸烘缸由于受腐蚀与磨损而导致表面失效的问题,采用电弧喷涂技术进行修复。研究了电弧喷涂工艺参数对3Cr13涂层结合强度和耐磨性的影响。实验得出了最佳的修复工艺参数,电弧电流为230A,喷涂距离为240mm,电弧电压为36V,空气压力为0.6MPa。此参数可以直接应用于烘缸的修复,修复后使用效果良好,修复成本较低。
The arc spraying technique is adopted to repair the corrosive and wearing dryer surfaces and the orthogonal experiment is designed and carried out to study the arc spraying parameters on the binding strength and wear resistance of the 3Cr13 coat. The results indicated that the process parameters that influence the coat stability are arc current, spraying distance, arc voltage and air pressure. The best repairing parameters are as follows: arc current 230A, spraying distance 240mm, arc voltage 36V and air pressure 0.6MPa.
