摘要 目的:探讨适合当前激烈竞争的医疗形势下提升医院卓越服务的科室管理模式。方法:自2003年至2006年在科室管理中尝试刚柔相济的管理模式,在制度管理的基础上增加了激励机制和人文关怀,充分发挥管理的效能。结果:管理出效益。医护患关系融洽,职工爱科如家,主观能动性充分发挥,周转率、平均住院日、“药占比”均超额完成卫生厅要求。结论:刚柔相济的管理对提高医院卓越服务水平,提高医院竞争力有着重要的作用,是一种值得提倡的管理新模式。 Objective: To discuss the promotion of the excellent hospital service of the departments in this currently competitive medical environment. Methods: Form 2003 to 2006, the combination of rigid and flexible management has been put into use in our department. The motivation system and the humanity cares are added on the former system management basement so as to fully make use of management. Results: Benefit comes from management. The relationship between doctors and patients is humorous. Staff like department as their home, and work activaly. The turnover rate of beds, average admission rate as well as pharmaceutical benefit rate are all lower than the standard set by the Provincial Medical Department. Conclusion: Rigid and flexible management has great affect on the promotion of hospital services and the competitive power. Therefore, it is a worth recommending way of hospital management.
