摘要
目的为改进护士长教学中存在的不足,提高临床教学质量。方法采用自行设计的"课堂授课效果调查表",对护士及护生的授课效果进行问卷调查,通过问卷调查结果对护士长课堂授课中存在的问题进行统计分析,采取有针对性的培训与辅导。结果通过对3个授课周期统计数据进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论提高了护士长课堂授课能力,提升了临床教学质量。
To find out the problems of head nurses' class teaching and improve the quality of clinical teaching. Methods The evaluation form of class teaching was designed and applied in the effect evaluation of head nurses' class teaching. Then ,corresponding training and guidance were provided for the head nurses according to the problems in class teaching. Results Compared with the data of the three cycles of class teaching,there were significant differences in the scores and levels of teaching effect(P 〈0. O1 ). Conclusion This practice improved head nurses' teaching competence and promoted the quality of clinical teaching.
