摘要
介绍了活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺及染料选择的方法。对大车生产中的操作要素,如半成品、比例泵、化料、轧料、打卷、堆置和水洗等进行详细阐明;对冷堆染色中易出现的色差、布面黑气、缝头印和边浅等问题进行分析,并提出了相应的解决办法。
This paper introduces cold pad-batch dyeing process with reactive dyes and appropriate dye selection. Key points in bulk production are detailed, such as semi-product quality, proportioning pump, dispensing, padding, batching, dwelling and washing, Dyeing defects including color difference and seam mark are the normal problems in production, and corresponding measures are put forward.
