摘要
介绍一种能实现平底从动件往复运动的共轭凸轮机构,该机构的传动由同轴安装的两共轭凸轮驱动同一从动件的上、下平底来实现。提出了一种基于复极矢量函数和速度瞬心法相结合的分析方法。应用此方法对平底直动从动件共轭凸轮的工作廓线及刀具轨迹进行设计分析,方便、直观、实用,并利用m atlab软件编程,给出了设计实例。
A kind of Conjugate-cams mechanism, which can accomplish the reciprocating-movement of flat-faced follower , was introduced. The transmission of the mechannism was realized through a pair of conjugate cams with same shaft driving respectively flat-face ,which belongs to the same follower. One effective way for calculating the profiles of cams and locus of cutter-centre was put forward on the basis of complex vector equations and the speed instant centres integrated with Matlab. An actual design example was given.
