摘要
根据《汤姆森基本信息数据库》和《中国科技论文与引文数据库》的资料统计与分析,本研究介绍了我国科技期刊的基本状况、当前所处的国际地位,及美国科学情报研究所近年对世界期刊和论文基本科学指标的评估情况;评价了我国科技论文的状况;解析了我国科技期刊文献计量指标偏低的原因及可能采取的措施。
According to the data statistics and analyses of Basic Information Database of Thomson Scientific and Chinese Scientific and Technical Papers and Citation Database, the general situation of Chinese scientific and technical journals and their position in the world are presented in this paper. The results of evaluation of basic scientific indicators for journals and papers in the world by Institute for Science Information of USA are presented. The circumstances of Chinese scientific and technical papers are also assessed. The reasons that bibliometric indicators of Chinese scientific and technical journals have been low are analyzed and measures for improrement are proposed.
