摘要
在管材液力成形技术中,管材成形性能的评价方法是应用的基础,对数值模拟技术在液力成形中的应用、工艺参数优化及新产品开发等具有重要意义。总结管材性能评价方法的研究现状,目前判定标准主要集中于管材的硬化指数n,各向异性指数r值,以及几何参数和判定准则形成的成形极限图等方面。指出nr,值可以作为管材液压成形性能的评价标准,管材应力基础上的成形极限图的确定有待进一步研究。
In tube hydroforming,the methods for determining the formability of tube are the base of the hydrofoming technology.Therefore it is of significance for applying numerical simulation technique to hydroforming,optimizing process parameters and developing new products.Summarizes the existing methods for determining the formability of tube,the relevant methods mainly concentrate on the n,r value of tube for hydrofoming,geometric parameter and the forming limit diagram which is formed on the criterion for determining.Then, point out that the n , r value can be the standards of the tube formability, some further studies on the stress-based forming limit diagram are needed.
