摘要 目的:观察丁咯地尔对大鼠缺血脑组织钙和血清钙的影响。方法:应用线栓法阻塞大鼠大脑中动脉制成大鼠脑梗死模型。结果:丁咯地尔10~20mg/kg降低缺血脑组织钙含量,但对血清钙影响不大。结论:丁咯地尔对大鼠脑梗死具有治疗作用,其机制可能与减轻钙超载有关。 Objective To study the therapeutic effects of buflomedil on cerebral infarction in rats and to discuss its mechanism. Methods Nylon thread which occluded the middle cerebral artery in rats was used to produce an experimental cerebral infraction model. Results Buflomedil 10, 20 mg/kg could reduce the content of cerebral Ca^2+, but there was no substantial effect on serum Ca^2+. Conclusion Buflomedil can be used to treat regional cerebral infraction, its mechanism may be that buflomedil can reduce cerebral Ca^2+ concentration.
