摘要
用示差扫描量热计(DSC)所得的热容变化(△Cp)、动态力学温度谱(DMS)及力学性质的数据,来说明溶液聚合法所得的软链段为胺端基聚环氧丙烷的热塑性嵌段聚脲,不同硬段含量中脲健的性质及相分离对聚合物性质的影响。用DSC定量估计了相分离程度,从软段玻璃化温度的△Cp可判断随硬段含量的增加,软段和硬段两相混合程度增高,聚脲从柔软的弹性体(连续的软段相)转变为高模量的塑料(连续的硬段相)。
DSC, DMS, Mechanical property data are used to elucidate the property and phase separation of polyureas with different hard segment content. Quantitative evaluation of the degree of phase segregation was obtained by DSC. Higher degree of phase mixing occurs in the system with high hard segment content as judged from the heat capacity change ΔCp across the soft segment Tg. Two-phase morphology is predominant within the range of the hard segment concentration studied. The polyureas varied from soft elastomer to high modulus plastic with hard segment content.
