摘要
[目的]考察甲酯化处理对γ-亚麻酸紫外吸收的影响。[方法]利用紫外分光光度法测定甲酯化前后多种γ-亚麻酸产物的吸光度,并结合气相色谱法检测γ-亚麻酸含量,对结果进行相关性分析。[结果]甲酯化前后的紫外检测结果之间的相关性达到0.01显著水平(P<0.01)。[结论]对γ-亚麻酸等多烯不饱和脂肪酸进行紫外吸收检测时,可以不再经过甲酯化处理。
[ Objective]To study the influence of methyl esterification on the ultraviolet absorption of γ-linolenie acid. [ Method ]To measure the ultraviolet absorption value of some γ-linolenic acid products by ultraviolet spectrophotometry before and after methyl esterification. And using gas chromatographic method to detect the content of γ-linolenic Acid.Then a correlation analysis of the results was done. [Result] The ultraviolet absorption value of γ-linolenic acid before methyl esterification was very significantly correlated with that after methyl esterification( P 〈 0.01 ). [Conclusion]h was feasible to measure the ultraviolet absorption value of polyunsaturated fatty acids (such as γ-linolenic acid ) without methyl esterification.
