小儿过敏性紫癜的D-D二聚体变化与脑电图关系分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:过敏性紫癜(AP)可引起各器官的损伤,其中也包括脑的损伤,本研究观察AP对脑功能的损害程度及血浆凝血机制异常。方法:对20例AP患儿进行EEG及D-D二聚体对比分析。结果:EEG异常率为55%,主要为4~7Hzθ波及3~3.5Hzδ波广泛轻至中等度增多。D-D二聚体的异常率为75%,两者均以脑和关节损害为主,异常率较高,均为100%。结论:EEG异常率与D-D二聚体的严重程度呈正相关,AP患儿有半数以上存在不同程度的脑功能紊乱和凝血机制的异常。 Objectives: Anaphylactoid purpura (AP) can cause damage of many apparatus and brain. To observe the severe degree of brain function and the abnormity of the plasma coagulation mechanism. Methods:Twenty neonates with AP wrer analyzed between EEG and D - D dimer. Results:The abnormal rate of EEG was 55% in the 20 neonates with AP. The main abnormality was mild to moderate increase of 4 - 7Hz θ wave and 3 - 3.5Hz δ wave. The abnormal rate of 13 - D dimer was 75%, the abnormal rate was 100% in the damage of brain and articulation, Conclusion: EEG abnormal degree might have'a positive correlation with D - D dimer. One half above children with AP have abnormity of brain function and coagula- tion mechanism.
