摘要
对活性碳富集分离-氢醌容量法测定矿石中金含量不确定度的产生原因进行分析,并对引起的不确定度分量进行量化.在此基础上,通过合成得到测量结果的标准不确定度,再乘以95%置信概率下的扩展因子2,最终得到测量结果的扩展不确定度为0.09×10^(-6).
The main factors that affect the accuracy of the determination of gold in the mine are discussed and the uncertainties of measurements caused by these factors in the determination are evaluated .Based on the quantitative analysis of each source, the extended uncertainty of 0.09×10^-6of measurement results is obtain from standard uncertainty （synthesis of uncertainties from each source） multiplied by an extended factor of 2 （under confidence probability of 95%）.
