摘要 对马鞍形蒙皮零件进行了工艺分析,并根据数控蒙皮拉形机适用性广和加工能力强的特点,突破传统的蒙皮拉形工艺思路,首次将马鞍形蒙皮的凹模作为拉形模具,采用纵向拉形的方法,顺利地完成了某型机关键零件——进气道马鞍形蒙皮的试制任务。 This paper analyses the saddle- shaped skin technologically and breaks through the traditional technological thinking of skin stretching according to wide applicability and great forming ability of NC stretching press , by first using a concave die in saddle shape as stretching die for longitudinal stretching , by which the key parts -saddle -shaped skin of air inlet is produced smoothly.
