城市生活垃圾堆肥与豆秸复合用作草坪基质及草坪植物的生态响应 被引量:4

摘要 将城市生活垃圾堆肥与豆秸复合成基质,通过培植草坪植物,研究了黑麦草与高羊茅对复合基质的生态响应及其对重金属的富集效应。结果表明,在低豆秸施配量下,对两种草坪植物种子萌发率、株高、地上单株净光合量及叶绿素含量均具有一定的促进作用;过高的豆秸施配量,除对两种草坪植物种子萌发率具有一定的抑制作用外,对其他生长指标未产生明显的抑制效应。施配豆秸,黑麦草对基质中Cr、Mn、Ni与Cd的富集能力均得到不同程度的增强,高羊茅对垃圾基质中Cr、Mn、Ni、Cu、Zn及Pb的富集能力也均得到不同程度的增强,表明通过草坪植物修复作用,生活垃圾堆肥与豆秸复合草坪基质替代土壤具有较大的资源开发潜力。 Domestic rubbish compost mixed with haulm was suggested for use as turfgrass medium. In the present study, ecological responses and heavy metal accumulation ofLoliumperenne L. and Festuca arundinacea L. in the compound medium were investigated. The results showed that low haulm addition increased seed germination, plant height, aboveground net primary production and chlorophyll content of two turfgrasses. Seed germination of two turfgrasses increased first and then decreased with increasing haulm supply. As compared with control, seed germination ofL. perenne and F. arundinacea increased by 31.37% and 31.87% respectively at haulm 1 g·dish^-1, but decreased by 41.18% and 56.87% at haulm 6 g· dish^-1. Haulm addition significantly promoted seedling height growth. Seedling height of L. perenne and E anmdinacea reached the highest at haulm 4 g· dish^-1 and 5 g·dish^-1 respectively, increasing 24.19% and 32.65% respectively when compared with control. Adding haulm inhibited aboveground net primary production of L. perenne, but increased that of F. arundinacea except for haulm supply of 6 g·dish^-1. Haulm significantly increased chlorophyll content of two turfgrasses. When haulm was added at 6 g .dish-1 for L. perenne and 4 g·dish^-1 for F. arundinacea, chlorophyll content increased by 60.18% and 76.92% respectively. In addition, domestic rubbish compost is a complex-polluted system, containing multiple heavy metals, which could be accumulated in plants. Haulm increased accumulation of Cr, Mn, Ni and Cd in L. perenne and Cr, Mn, Ni, Cu, Zn and Pb in F. arundinacea to some extent. By turfgrass remediation, compounded medium with rubbish compost and haulm to substitute for soil media would have potential applied value.
