摘要
介绍了燕山水库电站采用深孔爆破开挖反导井的施工技术及爆破设计,并对反导井的爆破设计、施工技术中存在的难点进行了探讨。成功地利用压缩空气吹孔、钻机通孔的方法,解决了炮孔卡孔疏通中的难题,采用锥形柔形堵塞物,从下向上拉紧的方法,解决了炮孔下部堵塞的难题,取得了较好的效果。
The construction technique and blasting design employed for the excavation of upraising shaft in Yanshan Reservoir Power Station by long-hole blasting were discussed. Also the difficulties in the design of the blasting program and construction technique were analyzed. The engineering successfully employed compressed air for blowing the hole, and the driller for passing through the hole, solving the difficulty in dredging the blind hole. Besides ,the paper introduced the solution to the difficulty in stemming the lower section of borehole by using cone shaped plastic material. All the measures made the construction go smoothly in the engineering.
