摘要
上海地区一幢长85.4m、宽25.2m、高68m,建筑面积达28076m2的16层框剪结构仓储大楼被采用内爆法(Implosion)成功拆除。根据周边环境条件,在高楼重心无法移出原支撑面时,采用了沿高楼纵轴方向起爆,且纵向与横向分别设置不同延时间隔的逐柱起爆网路;通过对高楼底部、中部、上部局部楼层不同的爆前处理,实现了高楼近似于原地逐层坍塌,略向特定方向倾斜的理想爆破效果。借助于更多的爆破实践,内爆法将在国内日趋严峻的城市爆破拆除环境中进一步展现其控爆特色。
A 85.4m long,25.2m wide and 68m high, 16-storey frame and shear wall building with total 28076m^2 construction area,was blasted by implosion in Shanghai in June, 2004. Subjected to its complicated environment and difficulty in moving its weight center away from the supporting fundament during blasting,the igniting along building's longitudinal axis and both longitudinal and transversal step delay initiation network with different delay intervals were adopted. The weakening treatment and separate blasting of the stories in its low,middle and top areas resulted in a near collapse in site with slightly falling to the selected direction. More implosion blasting practices are still needed till it could be used as a powerful means to take the challenge of the future demolition blasting of urban high-rises in China.
