摘要 蛋白质组学的新技术为我们研究细胞内的信号转导过程提供了更广泛和崭新的思路,它克服了传统技术的局限性,实现了对蛋白的高通量分析。简要综述了蛋白质组学技术在信号转导过程中信号分子的确定、定量,磷酸化等翻译后修饰的识别,以及蛋白质之间相互作用研究等方面的应用。 Improved technologies that have emerged in proteomics provide us much more comprehensive and new insights into cellular signal transduction research. It has overcome the limitations of traditional methods and realized the high-throughput protein analysis mode. In this letter, the applying of proteomic technologies in defining and quantitating signaling molecules, identifying post-translational modifications such as phosphorylation, and protein-protein interactions research during cellular signal t'ransduction were reviewed.
