摘要
研制了一种高速超宽带光接收模块。该模块由交流信号和直流信号两路输出组成:交流部分采用了集成的PIN-TIA组件以及宽带微波放大器,交流光电转换的响应度达到了1 500V/W,上升时间缩短至82 ps,即带宽达到4.2 GHz;直流部分由PIN探测器和跨阻放大器组成,直流光电转换的响应度达到了1 500 V/W。文章重点介绍了系统的设计方案、工作原理、参数设计以及特性曲线分析,并且对测试得到的主要参数进行了总结分析。
A new design of high speed ultra-wideband photoreceiver module is introduced. The module includes AC and DC output channel. PIN-TIA module and wideband microwave amplifier are used in the AC output channel to achieve AC conversion responsibility of 1 500 V/W and risetime of 82 Ps viz. bandwidth of 4.2 GHz. The DC output channel is made up of by PIN and transimpedance amplifier. DC conversion responsibility achieves 1 500 V/W. The design method, operation principle, parameter design and analysis of characteristic curve are mainly described, and the final major parameters are analyzed by summing up.
