影响高校经管类专业毕业生就业因素的实证分析 被引量:7

An Empirical Analysis of Factors Influencing Employment of Graduates Majoring in Economics and Management

摘要 随着近几年我国高校不断扩招,大学毕业生就业难度越来越大,应用型院校经管类毕业生就业问题更为突出。文章采用计量经济学方法,通过建立Logit模型进行实证分析后得出结论:经管类毕业生找到工作的概率,与是否担任过学生干部、每天学习时间等多个因素有显著关系,并在此基础上对提高经管类毕业生就业率提出建议。 With the increasing expansion of recruiting students of colleges and universities in recent years, it's more and more difficult for graduates to find employment, especially for those who are majored in economics and management. A Logit model is established to analyze what factors influence graduates' employment. The results indicate that whether a graduate of this major is able to find employment has a lot do to with whether a graduate is a student cadre or not, and with the time he/she has spent on study. Based upon this conclusion, this paper presents some suggestions for more graduates of this major to find employment.
