摘要
采用微波加热方法,以对叔丁基苯甲酸、无水乙醇、水合肼、对苯二甲酰氯等为原料合成了一种高性能有机发光材料对[2,2′-二(1,3,4-噁二唑-5,5′-二叔丁基苯)]苯。对各步合成反应如酯化、酰肼化、脱水闭环等的反应时间与产率进行了研究。结果显示,微波加热不仅使反应速度提高了25倍,产物产率也有所提高。用质谱1、H—NMR谱、元素分析等手段对各步产物进行了表征,用荧光光谱方法对最终产物进行了确认,发射峰430 nm,发蓝色光。
The 1,3,4- oxadizole luminescent materials were synthesized with microwave heating method instead of the conventional heating method, and the microwave heating was used in every synthesis steps including the esterification, acylation and dehydracyclization reactions. The reaction time and the productive rate of the every reaction were studied, and it was concluded that by keeping the productive rate the microwave heating method could help to increase the reaction rate to the value of 25 times of that using conventional heating method. The products of each synthesis step were characterized with mass spectra, ^1H-NMR spectra and elementary analysis. The final product was confirmed with photoluminescence spectra, the emission peak was found at 430 nm and blue light was observed.
