摘要
以三维有限元分析为基础,采用ANSYS软件,对直流接触器电磁铁进行了优化设计,以满足船用直流接触器耐冲击、抗振动和工作电压范围大的特殊要求。根据双绕组电磁铁的特点,分析了铁芯高度、线圈尺寸和气隙长度对电磁吸力的影响。优化后的直流接触器通过了相关型式试验。
Based on the 3D finite element method and using ANSYS software, the optimal design for DC con- tactor electromagnet was completed which adapts the special demands of anti-shock, anti-vibration, working in a wide range voltage for marine DC contactor. According to the characteristics of double-winding electromagnet, the influence of the height of magnet, dimension of coin and length of air gap were analyzed. After the optimization, this DC contactor has been passed by type test.
