蒙脱土负载钨催化剂催化双环戊二烯聚合的研究 被引量:2

Catalytic Polymerization of Polydicyclopentadiene with W-Catalyst Supported on Montmorillonite

摘要 研究了WCl6-有机配体络合物负载方法,制备出了蒙脱土/WCl6负载型催化剂,并能有效地引发双环戊二烯聚合,制备出了聚双环戊二烯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料;用XRD、SEM和TEM对负载催化剂和聚合产物进行了表征。结果表明,有机蒙脱土可以作为钨催化剂的良好载体,以此催化剂催化双环戊二烯聚合可得到剥离型纳米复合材料。 The preparation of WC16/t-BuArOH complex compound supported on organo-montmorillonite and the polymerization of dicyclopentadiene catalyzed by former were studied. The results showed WC16/t-BuArOH complex could enter into the layers of the montmorillonite, and the synthetic polymer was characterized by means of Xt/D, SEM and TEM, formed a supported catalyst which could be swelled in toluene to produce a very stable suspension solution ; Polymerization of dicyclopentadiene could be catalyzed by supported catalyst in situ to form a polydicyclopentadiene/montmorillonite nanocomposites, in which the layers of montmorillonite were exfoliated.
