介绍了物料在气力输送过程中的破碎机理,影响颗粒破碎的各种因素。通过调节可调式拉法管的喉径以及各压力参数实现了输送参数的相对最优,在一定程度上减轻了颗粒在输送过程中的破碎率。
The mechanism of particle pulverizing during pneumatic conveying and the factors which had effects on the particle pulverizing are introduced. The comparative optimization parameters could be gained by adjusting the throat area of the adjustable throat area laval nozzle and pressure parameters, decreased the particle pulverizing rate during the pneumatic conveying to certain extent.
