摘要
立式电机振动问题普遍存在,导致振动大的原因也很多。主要从机座、水泵支座的刚度及转子不平衡量的角度分析立式电机的振动问题。采用ANSYS软件对立式电机进行模态、瞬态动力学分析,得到结构的固有频率及瞬态响应。在现有结构刚度满足要求的基础上,对结构进行优化设计,对今后设计出具有更好刚度、更好稳定性的立式电机具有重要的指导作用。
The vertical motor's vibration is one universal phenomenon with many reasons. Vertical motor's vibration from the base of motor and pump bearing' s stiffness and the unbalance of rotor are analyzed. Adopting ANSYS software to analysis the modal and transient kintics of the vertical motor and get to the structure of the natural frequency and transient response. Basis on the existing rigidity of the structure can meet the requirements, the structural design optimization ,then analysis and comparing the result of optimization design with the original structure are carried out, which have an important instruction function for designing vertical motor with better rigidity and stability.
