摘要
图书馆专业人员年度考核是人力资源管理的一项重要内容。针对考核中存在的问题,进一步提出走出考核困境,需实现“四变”:变被动考核为主动考核;变全年“一次性”考核为全年“过程式”考核;变人际关系考核为目标导引式考核;变考核结果搁置为合理利用。
The annual examining of library employees is an important part of the management of human resources. In order to solve the problem in examining and get out of the predicament, ' four changes' need to be introduced, change passive examination to active examination; change the one-off exam to processing exam during the whole year; change the examination depending on interpersonal relationships to the one guided by the goal; and properly utilize the result rather than lay it away.
