摘要
入党积极分子队伍的思想政治状况直接影响着发展党员的质量。作者对沈阳农业大学1113名入党积极分子的思想政治状况进行问卷调查分析,结果表明,当前大学生入党积极分子队伍的整体素质较高,思想主流积极、健康向上。但同时积极分子队伍在个人信仰、入党动机、社会理想与个人理想结合等诸多方面还存在着一些不容忽视的问题。从社会环境的变化、党组织的教育培养和入党积极分子自身素质等几个方面分析了入党积极分子在教育培养方面存在问题的原因,作者结合自己的工作实践,倡导以理想信念教育为主线,引导积极分子树立正确的入党动机;建立健全管理规章制度,不断创新动态工作机制;充分发挥网络教育在入党积极分子教育中的重要作用;加强党组织建设,增强党组织对入党积极分子的吸引力和凝聚力。
The activists＇ political thought directly affects the quality of Party member admition. The paper questionnaired 1113 undergraduate activists of Shenyang Agricultural University for their political thoughts. The results showed that on the whole the qualities of the activists were high and the main stream of their thought was positive, healthy and upward. However, there still existed some problems in individual believes, motives to join the Party, the unification of social and individual ideals. The paper analyzes some problems in educating the activists from the aspects of the change of social surroundings, education and cultivation of Party organization and self - quality of the activists, and puts forward some suggestions based on the authors＇experience in the work.
