摘要
试验研究采用峰峰电厂产粉煤灰,太行山牌普通水泥,本地的砂石并掺加一定量的高效减水剂FDN来配制大掺量粉煤灰混凝土,并用正交设计方法安排和组织试验,挑选出合适的配合比,得到强度达到25MPa左右的大掺量粉煤灰混凝土。试验研究表明利用邯郸本地资源配制大掺量粉煤灰混凝土是可行的。
High rolume fly ash concrete was prepared in this study, and the raw materials include fly ash (From power station in Handan Fengfeng),Taihangshan'P. O. cement ,the local sands, stones, and some FDN superplasticizer. This experiment is prepared to find out the suitable match ratio using the orthogonal design method. The result shows that it is available to obtain the high volume fly ash concrete of 25MPa compressive strength.
