摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗矽肺病的临床疗效。方法:70例矽肺患者随机分成两组,治疗组40例,采用中药“自拟克矽汤”水煎服,1天1剂;另取煎剂20ml雾化吸入,1天2次,配合抗感染、茶碱对症治疗,必要时吸氧。对照组30例,采用抗感染、茶碱、沐舒坦对症等治疗,必要时吸氧。两组疗程均为4周,观察肺功能变化及总有效率、胸部X线变化。结果:中西医结合组总有效率95.0%,对照组63.3%。两组比较,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后肺活量(VC)、1秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)及用力肺活量(FVC)等均较治疗前及对照组治疗后有明显改善(P均<0.05),临床症状和肺部体征明显减少或消失时间较对照组显著缩短(P均<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗矽肺病能改善症状、体征和肺功能,提高疗效。
Objective. To obverse the curative effect of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine (TCWM) in treating silicosis. Methods.70 cases of silicosis were randomly divided into the treatment group (40 cases) and the contrast group (30 cases). The contrast group was treated by aminophylline, controlling infection, and symptomatic therapy, including inhaling oxygen if necessary. The treatment group was treated by one dose of traditional Chinese medicine" zinikexi decoction"per-day orally and atomization inhalationaI of decoction 20 ml twice a day additionally. The period of therapy was 4 weeks and the variation of pulmonary function and the total effective ratio were observed, Results: The total effective ratio in the treatlnent group and the contrast group was 95.00% and 63.33% respectively. The difference had significant meaning (P 〈 0.01 ). The vital capacity (VC) ,force expiratory volume (FEV) in 1 second and forced vital capacity (FVC) after therapy in the treatment group were obviously improved compared with that before therapy in the treatment group and that after therapy in the contrast group( P 〈 0.05 ). The time of clinical symptoms and puhnonary signs obviously reduced or dis- appeared were also significantly shorter. Conclusion: Integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve clinical symptom, physical sign and puhnonary function and has a better curative effect in treating silicosis.
