摘要
为了抑制侵彻加速度测试中发现的压电加速度传感器零漂现象,减小其对测试结果的不利影响.首先从传感器自身和传感器后续电路两个大方面,分析了测试系统可能产生零漂的各种原因,并且针对引起零漂的原因提出相应的解决措施.然后根据具体测试环境改进设计了抑制零漂的侵彻加速度存储测试系统.通过空气炮实验,与改进前的试验曲线进行比对.试验结果显示,设计采取得的措施很好的抑制了零漂现象.
To restrain zero-drifts of the piezoelectric acceleration sensor in high-impact testing and to reduce its bad effect on the result of acceleration testing. Firstly, analyses of the possible reasons of zero-drifts of testing system are presented in two aspects of sensor itself and subsequent circuits. Then, it shows the relevant solutions. In the end, a storage testing and measuring system that restrains the zero-drift is designed which bases on the actual testing environment. After simulative experimenting recur to atmosphere cannon, two groups of testing curves are presented, one bases on the improved storage testing and measuring system and the other bases on the old system. Comparing with the two groups data, it shows that it can restrain zero drift phenomena very well by means of effective design.
