摘要
本文通过电磁场有限元软件ANSYS分析,构建电容层析成像(ECT)系统敏感阵列电极三维模型.基于敏感场分布的均匀性、敏感阵列电极的灵敏度及被测电容变化范围等优化指标,进行空间敏感场阵列电极设计.实验表明,优化设计的敏感阵列电极可获得比较均匀的敏感场分布及检测灵敏度.
Based on the software ANSYS, a model of 3-Dimensional Electrical Capacitance Tomography (ECT) electrodes array is established, and the ECT electric field is calculated and analyzed. According to the uniform sensitivity distribution, the array electrode sensitivity and the change range of the measured capacitance, this paper proofs the effectiveness of the optimizing parameters. The results indicate that uniform sensitivity distribution has been obtained by using the optimized electrode array.
