分析了高校开展职业咨询的必要性,探讨了高校职业咨询的内容构建和实现方式问题,旨在培养大学生的职业素质和职业能力,促使大学生形成正确的职业自我概念,提升大学生的就业竞争力和职业决策力.
By analyzing the necessity of vocational consultation in colleges and universities, this paper discusses the content of vocational consultation and ways, aiming to cultivate university students＇ vocational qualities and abilities so as to help them form a correct vocational self-concept, and to enhance their employment competitiveness and vocational decision-making.
