摘要
应用显微测微尺,对狍(Copreoluscapreolus)肩部和前肢部的冬夏被毛进行髓质指数测算,差异显著性检验表明,狍被毛的髓质指数既存在显著的季节性差异,也存在身体部位差异,即躯干部冬毛的髓质变得极为发达,肢体部冬毛的髓质却显著变细,前者是执行保温功能的适应性变化,后者是执行保护功能的适应性改变。揭示了狍在适应环境的季节性变化时。
The hair medulla exponent of shoulder and foreleg of roe deer(Caperdolus caperolus) in winter and summer were measured by micromerter. The notable difference testing shows that hair medulla exponent changes not only with the season but also with different part of body. Hair medulla of trunk in winter becomes more developed heavy, but that of limbs becomes much thinner. The former fits for keeping warm and the later is of service to protecting body. For adapting to the seasonal changes of surroundings, hair of roe deer changes in medullar exponent as varied function.
