基于区间层次分析法的输电网规划综合评价决策 被引量:25

摘要 针对输电网规划过程中常常出现的难以决策各个规划方案优劣的问题,提出了基于区间层次分析法的输电网规划综合评判决策方法,该方法通过用区间数代替点值对传统层次分析法进行改进,合理地处理了决策因素的不确定性和专家判断的模糊性,增强了对输电网规划方案评价结果的可信度。该方法采用最大最小模型法进行权重求解,参考粗糙集理论的上逼近和下逼近将区间判断矩阵的权重求解转换为线性规划问题,提高了求解算法的计算效率和精度,具有良好的适用性。算例结果表明,该方法具有速度快、精度高的特点。 Aiming at multi-attribute decision(MADM) problem in transmission network planning, an interval analytic hierarchy process(IAHP)-based method of transmission network planning is proposed. The method improves traditional analytic hierarchy process by using interval data instead of dot data, dispose rationally uncertainty of decision factor and fuzz of judge of experts and boosts up reliability of evaluation result in transmission network planning. The method adopts upper model and lower model method to resolve weight. The idea is changing weighted resolve of judgment matrix to linear programming problem by referring upper approach concrete algorithm and improves efficiency and precision of calculation. Case results show that the method has fast speed and high accuracy.
