摘要
基于对模具企业及模具产品开发过程实际特点的分析,提出了一种面向区域性的模具企业联盟模式,应用面向对象的UML建模和J2EE的多层架构技术以及协同设计支持技术,创建了一个面向企业联盟的模具协同开发平台,并设计开发了协同开发平台的主要功能模块,实现了同构CAD系统下的模具协同设计与修改、在线交流及远程制造过程监控等功能。最后通过实例给出了模具协同开发平台的应用过程。
According to the characteristics of mould enterprises and mould developing process, a local mould enterprise alliance model is proposed. The mould collaborative development platform for enterprise alliance is designed, applied to object-oriented UML modeling,multilayer structure of J2EE and collaborative-supporting tools, and the main functional modules are presented. The mold collaborative design and modification in the same CAD system,online communication and remote-manufacture process monitoring are realized in the platform. At last, the application process of the platform is given by an example.
