摘要 由于目前的物位计在显示料位时,都无法显示煤仓的实景图像,一旦测量的料位信息不准确,就会误导操作人员,容易引起煤仓溢出等事故.设计了一种料位测量的装置,并采用机器视觉方法实时检测随仓内煤位的高低而不断变化的光圆,通过分析光圆的直径或面积大小求出料位值,并将该值与料位现场实景图像编码后同时输出,能够有效避免误操作. Level measurement meters at present can not display the real image of coal warehouse when showing coal level, so inaccurate level information may mislead the operator or cause an overflow accident of coal warehouse. A device for level measurement is designed to detect the changing optical circle in real time by machine vision method, and calculate analyzing diameter or area of the optical circle. Then the device outputs the level real image of coal scene of warehouse, effectively avoiding misleading operator.
