摘要
目的:探讨针刺治疗血管神经性头痛的疗效。方法:采用中医辨证和经络辨证相结合取穴的方法将80例血管神经性头痛患者随机分组,治疗组40例,用针刺治疗;对照组40例,用尼莫地平治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为85%,优于对照组的55%(P(0.01)。并就针刺治疗血管神经性头痛的机理进行了探讨。结论:针刺治疗血管神经性头痛具有良好的疗效。
objective：To explore the vessel neuropathie headache in acupuncture therapy, methods：Adopt syndrome differentiation system of traditional Chinese medicine combined with syndrome differentiation of meridians to pick those acuputure points to place 80 vessel neuropathic headache patients randomly into 2 groups ： one is treatment group which use acupuncture treatment and 40 patients in it. The other one is antitheses group it also include 40 patients but use nimoldipine to cure. Results：treatment group general efficiency is 85% better than antitheses group 55% （ P 〉0, 01 ）. Then investigation on the mechanism of the vessel neuropathic headache in acupuncture therapy, Conclusion ： That the vessel neuropathic headache in acupuncture therapy is tending to cure.
