摘要
RFID技术应用正从供应链进入制造过程的核心,通过制造业各环节应用RFID技术,与制造执行系统(MES)和制造信息系统(MIS)进行信息集成,可以大幅度提高生产质量和生产率。本文从产品制造周期角度出发,研究并建立了以物流载体和信息流载体系统规划为核心内容的制造流程规划框架体系,建立了基于集成情境的物流和信息流的同步融合模型,最后提出了RFID在离散制造业生产线应用的整体解决方案。
Application of RFID is now transferring from supply line to the manufacturing core,through RFID’s application in each section of manufacturing and integration of MES and MIS,product’s quality and effi ciency might be greatly improved. This article starts from productive cycle,studies and builds up a framework of manufacturing's procedure on the basis of logistics and information streams,and eventually establishes a model combined with integrated logistics and information streams,and puts forwards a total solution RFID in the discrete manufacturing industry’s production line.
