摘要
通过对一离心压缩机叶片扩压器内部流场进行三维粘性数值模拟,对比分析了小稠度扩压器的主要形状参数对气动性能的影响。结果表明对于小稠度扩压器设计可以找到稠度和叶型厚度的最佳值,使得压力恢复最大而损失水平较低,这对于工程设计具有指导价值。
On the basis of three dimensional viscous numerical simulation on the internal flow field in the vaned diffuser of a centrifugal compressor, the influence of shaper parameters on the pneumatic performance in low solidity vaned diffuser is compared. The results show that there are optimal values of the solidity and thickness for low solidity vaned diffuser, in which case, the pressure recovery is maximal and the loss is low. The results can play as a guide for design.
