摘要
平行光管是光学实验及计量检测的重要设备,它可以测量微小角度位移及平面的微小起伏。介绍一种特殊用途的大视场平行光管的结构研究与开发,主要用来进行角度测量。实验表明利用该设计方案,大视场平行光管的精度得到了较大的提高。
Collimator is considered to be the key equipment that is utilized in optical experiment and measurement testing. It is often used to test the minor displacement of an angle as well as the minor undulation of a plane. This article refers to the design and development of a particular collimator conformation, which is mainly adopted to test the angles. The experiment has proved that the accuracy of the wild-view collimator has been greatly improved by adopting such scheme.
