干燥方法对中药材丹参有效成分含量的影响 被引量:30

摘要 目的研究不同干燥方法对中药材丹参有效成分含量的影响,为制订丹参药材生产标准操作规程提供数据支撑.方法将新采挖的鲜丹参随机等分为四组,分别采用晒干、阴干、50℃烘干、100℃烘干四种方法进行干燥,以丹参酮ⅡA及丹酚酸B为指标,分别测定其有效成分含量.结果晒干组样品丹参酮ⅡA含量为0.24%、丹酚酸B含量为4.41%2阴干组样品丹参酮ⅡA含量为0.27%、丹酚酸B含量为4.36%550℃烘干组样品丹参酮ⅡA含量为0.32%、丹酚酸B含量为3.12%6100℃烘干组样品丹参酮ⅡA含量为0.52%、未检出丹酚酸B.结论生产中丹参药材干燥以阴干法为好. Aim to offer data support for setting up an operating of producing Slavia Miltiorrhiza as a kind of chinese herbal medicine.Method Firstly,divid the fresh SM which is digged recently into four average sections at random,then,dry it separately in four ways which are the ways of airing, drying in the shade,drying in 50℃ and 100℃.Tace Tanshinone IIA and red Phenolic Acid B as a indes sign,measure its valid composition content individually.Result The contents of airing sample Tanshinone ⅡA is 0.24%,red Phenolic Acid B is 4.41%.The contents of drying in the shade,Tanshinone ⅡA its content is 0.27%,the content of red Phenolic Acid B is 4.36%.The contents of the sample drying in 50℃,Tanshinone ⅡA is 0.52%,but red Phenolic Acid B didn't find.Condusion In producing SM as a chinese herbal medicine,we'd better use the method of drying in the shade.
